For Spring Market 2019, in addition to the signature Market Newsletter, Alyssa created a dedicated website to support the promotion of Market. insideRESOURCE takes a deeper look at the participants, events and introductions that comprise the industry leading events.
The introduction of this microsite lead to 90% of DDB's ticket sales, a 105% increase in registration and 129% increase in attendance versus 2018.
The following Market, the long-time printed and mailed publication, Resource was eliminated. Through a strategic digital marketing campaign, Alyssa increased YOY registration and attendance despite the loss of this historically vital promotional tool. The result was a more vibrant, relevant and targeted audience of young designers and established professionals.
Applying her proven-successful philosophy of providing a valuable service to the trade through events, DDB's Spring and Fall Markets of 2019 saw record attendance, participation and industry praise due in large part to the practical, actionable, applicable advice and insight gained through the carefully curated programming.
In addition to Market Events, Alyssa provides unlimited support to the 130 Showrooms that comprise the iconic D&D Building. From eblasts and social posts, to coordinating display windows and building signage, Alyssa is the go-to point of contact for all Marketing related functions and opportunities. Each year, the DDB produces an up-to-date listing of all Showrooms and Lines. Alyssa is the sole proprietor of this project, from updating and editing content and providing artistic direction to attracting advertisers, leading to a significant increase in revenue for the Department.
